Micro-environment control technology is dedicated to achieving extreme precision across multiple physical dimensions—temperature, air pressure, humidity, cleanliness, noise, and electromagnetic fields. It serves as a critical backbone for ensuring yield stability and process reliability in core front-end semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including lithography, metrology and inspection, coat/develop, etching, and thin-film deposition. Key control parameters must approach physical limits—for example, temperature stability of ±1 mK, humidity stability of ±0.1% RH, cleanliness to ISO Class 1, and electromagnetic field fluctuation of ±10 nT—while products must also pass rigorous international certifications such as SEMI, UL, and CE. Traditional R&D for micro-environment control systems often faces a dual challenge: over-reliance on experience and physical isolation.
